Baril Cannabis Compliance Service will handle applications for the California state licenses. We will also handle applications for county permits for select Northern California counties, and limited city permits within those counties.

What happens next
THE TIMELINE
The regulatory agencies will begin accepting applications for permits as of January 1, 2018. However, at this time the applications are not yet available. The State of California’s 3 cannabis licensing authorities are currently drafting regulations for the commercial medicinal and adult-use (recreational) cannabis industries.
The State expects to publish the regulations in late November 2017 and begin accepting Temporary License Applications in December 2017. A Temporary State license is a conditional permit that allows a business to engage in commercial cannabis activity for 120 days.
Temporary and Permanent State licenses will only be issued to applicants that have a valid local jurisdiction license, permit, or authorization already in place or proof that the permits are in process. Be aware, not every city or county in California will allow every type of cannabis business, most have not finished with their regulations in that regard.

Baril Cannabis Compliance Service will post additional information about local and state licenses in early 2018, once we are able to obtain those permit applications. At that time, we will be begin offering to do the initial license application for the licenses and will set a fee for the work.
